Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original DiamAura packaging, ensuring all security tags and protective liners are intact.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
